Every mailbox you have. And every prompt, kept as its own record.
Cloud suites, on-prem servers, object stores, decades-old PST files — and AI assistant conversations. If it holds your organisation’s communications, it drains into one sealed archive.
Rated 5 out of 5. “From 4–6 months to minutes.” — EMSL
Original MIME preserved where Graph provides it; rebuilt faithfully where it refuses.
Journal unwrapping preserves BCC and distribution-list recipients; delete-after-archive drains a journal safely.

PST is also written natively on the way out — no Outlook required in either direction.
Connectors that refuse to fail quietly
Most archive gaps are not dramatic outages — they are quiet ones. The capture layer is built to make quiet failure impossible to miss.
Collection-window guardrails
Vendors keep exported data for days, not forever — Teams 21 days, some feeds as little as 48 hours. A schedule that cannot survive the vendor's window is refused, by name, before it costs you records.
One document, one hash
Every record's identity is the SHA-256 of its original bytes. A source-side delete removes nothing from the archive; an edit is archived as an additional version, never an overwrite.
Simulate before you connect
Every connector can run in simulation — identical paging, throttling, and checkpoints against replayed traffic — and a simulated run is physically unable to write to the archive.
